1. Scope of Services IB Maths Consulting (Viktoria Ralbovska) provides educational consulting, including but not limited to Digital Diagnostic Audits and High-Performance Consulting Cohorts. By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment and Pricing All prices are listed in Euros (€). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. For customers in the EU, prices are exempt from VAT under the Austrian Small Business Exemption (Kleinunternehmerregelung gemäß § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG). Full payment is required before any audit or consulting service commences.

3. Delivery of Service

• Diagnostic Audits: Upon successful payment, the client must submit their diagnostic materials via the provided intake form. The audit delivery timeline begins only after all required materials (formatted correctly) have been received.
• Consulting Cohorts: Dates, times, and access links for cohort sessions will be provided via email.

4. Refund Policy & EU Right of Withdrawal

• For the Diagnostic Audit: Due to the immediate, personalized, and digital nature of the Audit, all sales are final. By purchasing this service and submitting your materials, you explicitly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) once the service has begun.
• For Consulting Cohorts: [Note: You need to define this. e.g., Refunds are only granted if requested at least 14 days before the cohort start date.]

5. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to provide accurate information and legible documents. Failure to submit required materials or attend scheduled cohort sessions does not entitle the client to a refund.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees IB Maths Consulting provides expert strategic guidance, exam simulations, and feedback. However, we cannot and do not guarantee specific grades, exam results, or university admissions. The student’s final performance is solely their responsibility.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
